Hi! My name is Kensleigh Dickson. I’m one of the Lead Coordinators with Sweet Moments Events. I’m also the Content Creator of the team and the Social Media Manager. I specialize in capturing behind the scenes details and making sure everything runs smoothly and on time! I’m very detail oriented while also bringing a fun and playful element to your big day! I joined the team in 2023 to experience the planning process of big weddings. My husband and I eloped in 2017, so I enjoy living my big wedding dream via my brides.
When I’m not dedicating my time to weddings, I’m spending my time as a SAHM! My husband and I have 2 lively little boys that constantly keep me on my toes with various outside adventures. I’m currently renovating my family’s forever home and juggling an active book club on the side. I love reading romance and thriller books!

Alex Young
By day, she serves as the Director of Resource Development and Engagement at United Way, where she plans events and engagement opportunities while leading the agency’s multi-million dollar annual campaign. Her background in strategic planning, program development, fundraising and event coordination means she loves a good time-line, a well organized checklist, and making sure every detail is taken care of!
Madelyn holds a Master of Science in Human Security and Resilience from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Coastal Carolina University. She is passionate about bringing people together, creating memorable experiences, and making sure everyone feels welcomed, celebrated and cared for.
Married to her high school sweetheart, Madelyn knows first hand that a great wedding is about more than just details; it’s about creating a day that feels like you and tells your love story in the most beautiful way! Outside of work and weddings, Madelyn and her husband, Alexander, are excited to welcome their baby girl to the world this winter! In the meantime you can find her with her two dogs, looking for the next best thrift find, or exploring local coffee shops for the best latte in town.
Madelyn brings a mix of professional event experience, Southern hospitality, and a genuine love of celebrating people! She cannot wait to meet you and bring your wedding day dreams to life. 💕

Hi! I’m Michaela Coordinator Assistant with Sweet Moments Events who loves bringing the little details of a wedding day together. From setting up and styling the perfect space to keeping the timeline moving and stepping in when the unexpected happens, I am happiest behind the scenes making sure everything feels seamless.
With a natural eye for detail and decor, I love creating spaces that feel intentional, beautiful, and true to each couple. My calm demeanor and problem-solving mindset make me someone the team can count on when the wedding day gets busy.
Outside of Sweet Moments Events, I work as a pediatric RN. My nursing career has taught me to stay calm under pressure, think quickly, and care deeply for the people around me—qualities that translate surprisingly well to wedding days.
When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me spending time outdoors with my husband and son, soaking up this season of life as we get ready to welcome our newest little one.
I’m also a proud book club girlie with a soft spot for a good romance, and love getting lost in new worlds of a romantasy story.
I love being part of the Sweet Moments Events team and helping couples enjoy their day knowing that someone is paying attention to every little detail ✨

We know what it takes to keep a wedding day moving and, when something doesn’t go according to plan, we know how to step in and save the day- often without you ever knowing there was a problem.
Our goal is simple: take the worry off your shoulders so you and your family can genuinely enjoy the day!
